Manchester United vs. Everton

Great performance all around. What a shift that Rooney put in today. More of the same from him against madrid midweek please!

Van Persie once again tearing apart the opposition back four almost singlehandedly. Great throughball by Rafael for his goal as well.

I thought Valencia was very subpar today. Did his job defensively but offered pretty much nothing in attack. No penetration, no crossing.

Tom Cleverley continues to get better and better each match and he is now able to finish the full 90 minutes playing at the same level. Great defensive performance by Jones as well. Absolutely shut out fellaini. Hopefully his substitution was just a precaution, I have a feeling he could be playing midweek.

Great to be 12 points ahead of our rivals and its only February! Still alot of matches to be played and lets not forget we have 3 trophies to contend for whilst citeh don't need to travel around europe. Still not over yet but it gives us alot of breathing room.

Okay seriously, HOW MUCH HAS OUR DEFENSE IMPROVED SINCE VIDIČ CAME BACK :D

damn I love the guy (no homo).

12 points clear Shitty:

cheers, I dont use twitter.

City can only get 89 points and thats only if they will all there remaining games and that includes United, if we beat then at OT that means they can only get 86 could win the PL title at OT against City, bring it on

Could be, although I remember the "guard of honor" thread and I don't like how that turned out.

That was brilliant :D

Absolutely amazing performance from Vidic and Rafael and Rooney was quality too helping us at the back time and again. Thoroughly professional performance.

Did the interviewer just give Fergie a "Well done"? Cheeky fecker. That's Fergie's line.

Sir Alex says he was going to make "seven or eight" changes today before learning of City's defeat.

Thank you Southampton

Heh... it couldve been 6 points after this round of games..... its now 12.

Quality performance today, Everton had a couple of good attempts that De Gea dealt with really well, but overall I felt we were in control and looked dangerous every time we attacked, the experience and composure shone through.
