Manchester United Vs Manchester City.

Are you insane? Smalling moved to center half and Fletcher moved to right back.

We're not having a grip on the midfield battle, nor are we creating enough chances to equalise, and you pull Fletcher back to rightback? The sensible thing was to bring in Jones to partner Rio in the middle, by substituting Welbeck. Having Rooney drop deep instead of an out-and-out striker. Keep it close and tight at the back, while waiting to exploit any lapse of concentration or quick counters... It is pretty common sense tactics isn't it? Yes, easy on hindsight, but goodness, some of Fergie's tactics have been atrocious, considering i thought he got it spot on in Anfield and would do the same with a 5 man midfield.

feck me, what a day.

Left Milton Keynes at 8am, hungover and tired. Stood on a train the whole way, no feckings seats. Got the tram from Piccadilly to OT, mainly full of thier terrible songs (not bitter they do have awful songs). Great atmosphere and a load of beers in Sam Platts.

Out played by City for 75 minutes (good for the first 15). Easy to blame the defence but they literally got no support. Totally exposed time and time again. Correct decision on the red card.

Silva gave us a footballing lesson. What a player.

Least i was at Piccadilly again by the time the scummy twats got thier last 3 goals.

I like how when we destroy Arsenal it's a freak result but yesterday is a sign of City's progress.

What was with their songs yesterday? I watched highlights on MUTV this morning before going to work, and they were singing something about 5-1 or 6-1 in your cup final (can't remember the exact score when they sang it). Do they really think yesterday was a cup final for us?

Also I could have sworn I heard ripples of 'We're Man City, we do what we want' :wenger:

Yeh they were awful as I mentioned earlier.

They also sing Nasri's Arsenal song as they cannot come up with thier own. They basically sing most players names in a slightly different style each time. Really crap.

Not that im bitter good team, terrible fans.

Yeah people will say at least they were singing, but try and be original. They were singing a song we normally sing, they sing the Nasri song Arsenal fans sang. Sure that Poznan thing they do was stolen from other fans.

Certainly was. In fairness the Ballotelli chant was quite good, too annoyed to rememeber how it went.

But the majority of what they do is awful. And the main reason why, for the first time since we lost 3-0 at home to Chelsea years ago, that I left early. And it felt good.

Absolutely no merit in this 'achievement' at all. If I played a game of chess and was only allowed pawns, whilst my opponent had the queens, bishops, rooks etc, then I'd lose.

Tedious media wanking over this non-event today

Did nobody else pick up on this yesterday?

Hardly surprising, but not often you hear players talking about it.

It never helps put players off though, I remember a Ronaldo quote something along the lines of "Your love makes me great, your hate makes me unstoppable."
