There's a lot of nonesense talked about the CL qualifier, the actual matches are in late August around the time the Premier League starts so it's not in early pre-season though inconvenient yes, two fixtures a club could do without yes and it would be better to safely already be in the group stage without these fixtures against let's face it - a shit team. Arn't we going on a much needed and very useful tour of South Africa in July anyway - kinda defeats the object doesn't it.
