Manchester United vs. Newcastle United

Would love to know what's going through Tim Howard's mind right about now...he must have enjoyed being the 2nd choice keeper when Carroll had a run.

We miss Scholes.

And Newcastle are probably missing 6 first 11 players or something like that. I wouldn't even make an excuse regarding players missing when it comes to United.

we are suffering like Real were last season...the Quieroz factor!

If indeed everything is Queiroz' fault (which I highly doubt) then where does this leave Fergie ? surely he would have seen Queiroz is so bad at this football thing, and step in or whatever.
I don't buy it.

This is way I never agree with all this crying for 4-4-2 system I think it is rigid and predictable, and easilyy to be picked off.

it is difficult to retain possession and built up attacking momentum.

I am so disappointing in fergie resorting back to system, that showed so much shortcomings in the past against the elite of europe, let alone, newcastle.

Ferguson, himself knows his systemis basic, lacks unpredicatablility. To get the system to work he has had to use 3 ball winning midfielders, in Fortune, Keane, Flecther. Has had to get Rooney to get drop incrediclbe deep to help gather some sort of passing fluidity. And use Smith who is the the most defensive mided striker in the EPL, to get the system to work.

Imagine,Newcastle who are in the mere, with a midfield containing 3 non-experienced midfielders who rarely feature are controlling Man Utd in their own back yard.

I thought Ferguson was a forward thinking manager, who recognised that Queiroz, could developed Man utd to a more tactically flexible team, who could take much better care of the football and would treat the football like a hot potato.

Man Utd who you all praise for their world ability have showed major limitations in their game as they have to, operate a basic system in our to be comfortable and at ease with themselves
