Manchester United vs Real Madrid

 Chiles completely take aback by Keane suggesting that the writing is on the wall for Rooney's exit.

He honestly seems to be intimidated by him, can't blame him tbh.

That Madrid back isn't great.

Think SAF in a round about way was saying Rooney as been in poor form.

Means Giggs on the wing, against an in-form Di Maria :nervous:

I expected Kagawa to start as well, SAF generally trusts form players and rewards them with starts. But this Rooney thing is mind boggling.

Anyway, I've already jinxed our team by posting in the match day thread. Sorry for that. :(

It is in times like this that I find reassurance from the Word. Beloved turn with me to Kopites 26:22a

"But the King of the Devil-Worshippers did not tremble, he was crafty..."

I hope the fans make the refs night a misery. Scream for every decision like the Madrid fans did, put him under huge pressure.

And feck it, don't be afraid to manufacture fouls against that cnut, Ramos.

Sounds like Welbeck will be central, Giggs on the left presumably.

As if I wasn't nervous before the game, this team selection has made me even more nervous. And I was literally shaking the last 15 minutes of the 1st leg. I wont surprised if I start shaking as soon as the first half kicks off.

I think we've cocked this up massively.

Fergie always seems to want to throw a huge curve ball for every big game. But why? Surely just play your best team, and you know, win the match?

Means we're screwed if we need to tighten things up. Smalling really should be there over one of Valencia or Young.

Yeah sometimes I get surprised at the subs, I mean rooney, kagawa, hernandez, valancia and young, surely only need 4 of them, what situation would specifically need say Young over any of them. But guess you never know, smalling could have a knock.

Shite TV. fecking hate it. Chiles, cnut. Keano, acting the cnut. Pair of cnuts to the left of them.

I want a goal immediately or my telly is getting a battering.

"Wayne [Rooney] needs a game or two [to regain full fitness]," Sir Alex Ferguson has said ahead of kick-off. "He'll probably come on the second half and win the game for us."
