Manchester United vs Sunderland

FT

2nd placed Manchester United are held at home to a scoreless draw by last placed Sunderland. This Sunderland side, incidentally, is also the worst team in the history of the premiership.

Can we lock the whole forum for 24 hours ?

feck !

Disappointing that it ended against the mackems, but had to happen sometime.

I agree.
Ten games ago we had no chance. We went on a great run and got back in (although Chelsea we always overwhelming favourites, even before this game).

The players did us proud for nine games - now listen out for the abuse by unrealistic supporters.

for stating two facts ? Sunderland did well - do you not agree ? The home fans booed - do you not agree ?

They booed at the goalkeeper's time wasting feck off twat.

bad bad bad performance. We were not really up for this one. We thought it was already won...that´s football, you have to do your job or you will get punished.

I always half suspected this home banker might slip under the radar. We have seen it before when United have done the hard work then taken points for granted.
Football is not played in a vacuum. Sunderland knew they were going down but they knew they could go down in a blaze of glory having some kind of say in the title race.

Fergie dished out a few world cup favours with Brown and Evra starting and Heinze on the bench...it is a subs bench that assumes the game is already won.

If Saha is injured and can't make the bench, why not Rossi in such a home banker? We needed brightness and pace to come off the bench and Ole has been the shadow of his former self since the injury.

The midfield issue has to be addressed and ultimatey over the season is where we have fallen short.

Sunderland got fecking lucky. Should of been five to fecking nil! Oh and Chelsea, go feck yourselves!

Ok now that Ive relaxed, I think weve had a brilliant run towards the end of the season. I dont see us doing anything but building on that run at the start of next season. These past 9 games shows that we can still dominate the Prem. Good things are coming our way. U-NI-TED!

disgraceful Sunderland, F*ck right off to the championship.!.. They should have played like this week in week out to avoid this sort of embarrassing position, going down in April.

Save games to hold the giants... Disgraceful!

redevil2 they have a right to try and win every game this is more disappointing for their fans than it is for ours as it shows that Sunderland have under-performed in the league for long periods this season. It is as much a problem with our inability this season to put away the worse teams in the league may of cost has cost us a chance to dethrone Chelsea as champions.

They're feckin sunderland FFS!!! do you really need to wait for ther entire team to camp out in the box before you attempt a goal???

No doubt this has all the signs of a bookie rigged match. Thanks ronaldo for your excellent footwork and showmanship. Your nike Joga add?? yeah right,... my ass. RVN,...ruud,...you da man, fabulous ball control man. I can't believe you get paid to shot like that.

I reckon we will win this 4-0

Although in saying that I had this terrible dream last night (more like a nightmare actually) we drew 0-0. It was so real aswell. Was I glad when the alarm went off.

The game was exactly as I feckin dreamt it I nearly had a tenner on 0-0 but couldn't bring myself to do it.
