Lukaku should probably be starting this to get him out of his rut anyway.

Would like to see Pereira, McTominay and Rashford start. Rest Martial unless needed.

Is this the right thread for a massive overreaction to a training ground routine?

Well, we could class it as the preperation for tonights game. Souness said they need to work on their 1-2 touch. Looks like they have taken his advice, not very well, but it was pretty funny

    Easy buddy.
I know you are frustrated by our results, but we all are.
Remember we are all MUFC fans and we want to see this club win.

    That is important to reiterate.
There are a number of very divisive posts which are understandable due to the poor on field performances and results.

Nevertheless, we all want the same thing and that is an end to the lack of success and our Manchester United back at the top.
Not going to be easy and not going to happen in the short term but I am absolutely confident it will happen (I have just crossed my fingers).

Got a sneaky feeling we will 'rest' Matic tonight and replace him with Fred.
Had the same feeling and then I thought it’s Matic, there is no chance he rests him. (Fingers crossed I’m wrong) would play Herrera in there myself with Fred part of the 3.

So Mourinho says we don't have the players to play with intensity and aggression in midfield whilst Pereira, Fred and Herrera rot on the bench??
Very true but I doubt the average height of that trio is over 5ft 10. You must be this height to ride the ride.

I’ve supported Jose all through this, but if we don’t win tonight I’d imagine he’ll be sacked before the weekend. Yes the players are gutless and crap, but we all know when a team don’t play well the manager takes the blame and right now on the pitch we’re in a crisis!

I still see us putting 3/4 past these bums tonight.

Considering going to the movies over watching this, at least that will be entertainment :(

    Based on?

    Just a gut feeling.

I was hoping to see a midfield 3 of Herrera, Pogba and Fred.

If he plays Fellaini and Matic against Young Boys, I might not even watch the game.

    This is what I predict:

    De Gea
    Young Smalling Jones Shaw
    Matic
    Fellaini
    Pogba
    Rashford Lukaku Martial
    This is what I want:

    De Gea
    Dalot Smalling Bailly Shaw
    Pereira
    Fred Pogba
    Rashford Sanchez Martial

Matic will be dropped because Jose knows he is not needed for this match, He will do it to keep the fans happy and on his side. Next PL game has Matic back in.

Really debating if I should watch this or not . Probably will decide when the line ups come out

We could lose 3-0 and have the oppo manager moonwalking in front of the stretty, I doubt it will make a difference.

We can still progress even with a defeat tonight, so I’d be surprised if the board’s final straw was losing a game that’s basically a dead rubber.

This is not the game to not watch. We might actually attack these.

Spend my free time watching Champions League, or play poker and go rabbit hunting in a video game?

    Decisions, decisions...

Is it me or does it look like the first time they have done this.

I would have expected professional footballers to have just a little more control.
    Similar video from pre-season:

Part of the problem is having too many players involved in such a small amount of space. There's a video in the replies of City players doing same training drill but they have a few players less doing it so a bit more space to do it in.

I’m having a sheesha. Debating to either just watch the game on tv here or actually leave and go to the match.

About as excited about this as if someone told me there’s a great Antiques Roadshow on in a minute

Maybe we could get a fecking poll so we could all pitch in easily on whether we are going to watch it or not?

    8/11 for me.
