Rashfords problem is when he lost his form and therefore confidence ages ago, he started to try too hard. From there he seems to have lost all composure and has become desperate.

I'm not going to slate the lad but it's hard to see where he turns it around right now. I don't even think a goal would make much difference for him on regards to his own performances.
