Maybe but it is a tricky balancing act if that call leads to Danny being injured in the aftermath. The squad is there to be rotated to advantage at this very time of year though.
Hernandez at least has some recent game time under his belt, whereas Kagawa would be the one coming into the team cold [and likely has to start now with Rooney absent].

Decent lineup. Probably the only team we could have put out today. Hopefully its Kagawa behind Hernandez, and not Giggs.

I think people underestimate that we now have 4 attacking players who hardly played 2 days ago...that can prove decisive
At least we have Adnan from the bench. I would prefer Welbeck to start instead of chico but he mightnt be 100%.
Based on a combination of injuries, current form, and potential, this is pretty much our best starting XI.

People are hoping the two of them (kagawa and hernandez) are hungry to get their place in the first team nailed down. Games like today is where they can earn that right.
The likes of Young and Welbeck have done it recently.
Plus point is kagawa got a good scoring record against Norwich.
So it's a bit like a 4-3-3 or Giggsy's on the wing ?
