Our Under 23s just beat Wolves away from home, just an incredibly positive way to end the season. Hannibal and Amad both look ready to me.

Good win to finish the season, even better that we put out the C team and still beat a premier league team. The kids played really well, very excited about Amad and Hannibal, though big well done to Elanga for scoring the opener who also played well. I think Axel has played himself into the final alongside Lindelof, he was solid at the back today.

Deserved win that. Excellent performance throughout from the squad players. Elanga looked good, Amad has obvious technique but physically he needs plenty of time to develop. James looked good too. Van de Beek with his best performance of the season, Matic is a good partner for him (shame about the age though). Nice to end the season on a win though! Unbeaten away record is nice, though no chance of repeating itself.

DVB, Mata and Matic - all very good. Happy with the result. Amad looks a prospect. The kids looked fearless. Brandon Williams is a tackling monster. Not sure he’s going to be good enough long term but I love his attitude.

That was good fun to watch. None of the youngsters looked out of place. We never seem to win away at Wolves, funny that we did it with the weakest team we've probably ever taken there.

Dan James, great cross but, we simply can't have him next season as someone we look at off the bench or as a rotational player - not at level we want to be at.

And it doesn't matter what team we put out but, my god how bad are we at throw-ins, every time it looks like we have no clue what to do with them.
