I understand why Grujic joined Liverpool, even tho he could see Markovic and say "So this is how you ruin your progress" but what on earth Liverpool seen in him, weird. At least Markovic took proper step and went to Benfica first.
here's a man who knows nothing of, and has seen nothing of, Grujic.

And Swanson's on the wrong tact ... again. Will he ever learn ? No.

I quite like you actually. Saves me the trouble of going over to RAWK to read some scouse delusion.

It is like having a house monkey.

As far as I'm aware if the kicker touches the ball again after the first kick before another player then it should be an indirect free kick to the other team, not a retake.

It's a retake when the defensive team commits the offence.

Two City players in the penalty area and Caballero was off his line before Mahrez struck the ball. Surely it should be a retake based on the City offences?

Thats for encroachment, not for kicking the ball twice.

Outcome of the kick: No goal
Infringement for encroachment: Defending team

Outcome: Penalty is retaken

It's a stupid rule. Ref did the right thing imho. Common sense should trump moronic rules

United and Arsenal are totally wank this season. Thank feck we didn't leave it for them to do us any favours.

Again that's encroachment. Not kicking the ball twice.

Don't see your point when both managers have agreed that ruling it out for the double kick was the correct decision. Whether or not there was encroachment or the keeper was off his line I don't care.

The decision to disallow the goal and award an indirect free kick for Mahrez kicking the ball twice was correct and that seems to be going over your head.

So we blow steam up their arse rather than make statements of fact. Thought that was rawk's rule.:nono:

Bit of a difference between saying they've been poor, and just calling them total wank. They're pretty great about letting oppo fans be critical (far more than any other teams forums), no need to take the piss.

Arsenal still have an outside chance, City still have West Brom to play (although obviously Arse still have Everton too).
City won 4-0 West Brom this season and they only need to win 1 and draw 1 in 2 games left. Arsenal's chance unfortunately is very slim IMO. But good thing is that Wenger - he is going to stay anyway

I am not taking the piss. Half this forum agrees with that as well. Also, I specifically mentioned this season.

Think you are taking it a bit too seriously anyways. I like united overall otherwise I wouldn't sign up on their fan forum.

Nothing to do with me anyway when it comes down to it, it just made me wince a bit. Anyway, back to celebrating. :)

 Nonsense. This is what Shakespeare said:

Many were quick to praise the referee for spotting this, while others, Craig Shakespeare included, felt that Madley and his officials should have spotted that two Manchester City players had entered the area before Mahrez had touched the ball (for the first time).

"To the letter of the law it's a double touch," the Leicester boss said. "But he could bring it back for an encroachment from Manchester City so there's a bit of injustice. It's bad luck from our point of view."

I've given you references from the law to why it should have been a retake.

Outcome of the kick: No goal (= because of the double touch)
Infringement for encroachment: Defending team (because of two City players being inside the area when Mahrez first touches the ball)
Outcome: Penalty is retaken

It would be nice if you could use the laws of the game to disprove me rather than saying 'both managers agree' when they clearly don't.

What are you talking about

Is it really so hard to understand that the referee disallowed the goal for the double touch and not the encroachment that you keep banging on about. That decision was quite clearly correct and the ref has quite rightly been praised for making the correct decision.

They were supposed to have a post match ceremony. Feck knows how that will happen now after the pitch invasion.

First tier yeah maybe not. That's your Griezmanns, Suarez level. Ain't happening

Whats second tier?

Griezmann is at least a couple of levels lower than Suarez. I realize we're posting on a United site and they think he's there's, but come on.

Never liked Liverpool at all. Yeah, i respect their history, but they are just a bunch of cocky glorified hunters these days. People like Thompson and Lawrenson are just pathetic.

On the one hand we haven't won feck all in years, then we're a bunch of glory hunters. The glory hunters are Chelsea or City fans, or, for the over 15s, United. For the over 25s, Arsenal.

Go on cocky mate. I am sure you are gonna win the treble next season :lol::lol:

We've about as much chance of winning the treble as Arsenal.

Yeah, I don't get that either. I'm 30 and have been supporting Liverpool since I was around 10. Those years have been barren, to say the least, so calling me a gloryhunter is quite off mark, if you ask me.

As for the coming transferwindow, I'm a little excited, but on the other hand I've been let down so many times. Our ability to get decent players really relies on CL. Some say that we'll spend upwards 200m£, but I'm not holding my breath. Either way, we're not getting Griezmann or some like him, but for some reason, I have big faith in Klopp and his team getting a few other Manes.

It depends how good the team was when you started supporting them. 20 years ago Liverpool were about as shite as they are now so you're no gloryhunter ;)

Nobody actually switches sides based on success (at least I've never met known anyone who has done this).

Is the right thread for tonights game?

Anyway...
Team to face Watford: Begovic, Zouma, Terry (c), Ake, Azpilicueta, Kante, Chalobah, Kenedy, Willian, Batshuayi, Hazard
Subs:Eduardo, Aina, Alonso, Cahill, Fabregas, Pedro, Diego Costa
