I thought you were taking the piss out of yourself. No? Carry on up the Khyber.
Don't worry if I need help in taking the piss out of myself I'll take a little read through some of your comments on this forum.

I'm not saying you specifically did, the only reason I made that comment is because so many people think Rio is on a pedestal that none other around him can match - and that's not correct.
If we're taking out Terry, Cahill, Lescott and Smalling? No one. I'm not even against Rio being there, my 'beef' is with some of the comments that actually belittle the other players massively.
I agree. I think it was always going to be the case that one of them was left behind and was hoping Roy would ditch Terry to set the right example and create a better group in the England camp but it seems he has gone the other way.
I'd by faaar rather have Rio in the dressing room and just in general, than Terry.
Bet pretty much all of the squad would too. Would change the whole atmosphere for the better
'Casualty' is probably the one.It really is one helluva soap opera, the English team
@Wibble - Barca?
/trying to remain objective throughout
Lescott and Cahill have both been solid this season, not to say they're better than Rio, but I remember watching the 1-0 at City and thinking Rio's past it. He was second to every ball played over the top.

Think he's saying Terry wasn't garbage against Barca.
i dont understand rio's omission based on his injury record.
If he cant play every four days why not take him as a backup.
He brings massive experience and is a dressing room favorite.
More importantly imagine England make it to the final stages with cahill and terry at CB and one of them gets injured or suspended. Who would you rather have as a replacement?? jaglielka or Rio?? A no brainer for me
What is disappointing is the journos reaction who seem to favor his omission and actually rate jagielka at international level
Well yeah, you'd have to be on the pitch to be garbage.
This is what I think is bollocks, Terry is a national disgrace. Everyone is ashamed of him and if you don't want to leave him out on "innocent until proven guilty" grounds then leave him out on the basis of his previous cuntisms. According to reports and rumours there were very few siding with Terry over Ferdinand in the England camp which shows Terry's popularity.
Terry should never "represent" this country again. If you then decide to leave Ferdiand out on fitness or form so be it but it should have nothing to do with keeping Terry happy.
You gotta laugh, no matter what Terry does he's undropable from the England squad. says it all about the English talent when a complete asshat can still be picked.
What previous cuntisms? Please don't mention the Wayne Bridge thing. Rumours?
If Smalling was fit, I'd be perfectly comfortable with taking Rio, Smalling, Lescott and Cahill.
Is this written in fecking code?
I would rather Rio had a nice and proper break than go to the Euros. Let England and their Lion Heart go there and prove how rubbish they are again.
Late to the party...I'm sure this has been asked/answered so bear with me....
If Rio is to be left out, what was Hodgson going on about, when he said, he would talk to both senior players...both are very important...etc etc. Or is it that, he has spoken to both, and they've refused to reconcile, and Roy has been forced to choose one or the either, and gone with John 'English Lion' Terry?
Disappointed for Rio, he's been fit most of this season, and has had a pretty good season, a better season that Terry at least...this would have been a nice send off in terms of international football.
Oh well, I'm not complaining, I would much rather he rest up, so we can get the best out of him again next season!
Don't think it's that, mate. Fergie said just over a week ago that Rio isn't going because there's no way his back will stand up to the quick succession of matches, playing every three days or so and they wouldn't want the disruption of keep changing the team. so I don't even think it's so much that Fergie has put his foot down but spelt out the reality to Woy, who has probably thought JT and Cahill (if fit) would be a safer bet for the sake of continuity. I'm sure Rio is a bit put out but better in the long run for us.
Rio was holding his back at the end of the QPR game and I doubt he can play every England game so on that basis I could see why he might not get picked. That said Terry has been rubbish so he shouldn't go no matter what.
