No because they sit in their insulated nations. Did Tony Blair go to a world prison for killing half a million children with a clearly proven illegal war based on clearly proven lies? No. Same with the ayatollah and other dodgy Muftis sitting around the world in protected nations.
I used to ask similar questions. Then Trump and Boris happened.

I imagine understandably that you probably won't read any books about it. But you could always get the gist of it from Wikipedia and I imagine there are good documentaries on the subject.
