Film The Movies I want to see thread

Thanks Wibble, I watched Silence Of The Lambs last night and thought it was very good, couldn't believe how young Jodie Foster looked! I thought it was more interesting than scary though, I was expecting to be shitting myself a bit from what I had heard.

I think I will watch Pulp Fiction tonight. I arranged what films in the IMDB top 250 I have in order today (yes, very sad I know) and there's a few I own but have not seen yet, am going to work my way through the list!

Browsing the list got me thinking which Actor had made the most appearances in the list, gotta be De Niro? Willis? Pitt? Hanks?

And also some actors who I think may not be in the list at all, such as Denzel Washington. I could be wrong though.

Holy shit Gambit was that suspenseful !

Loved the way it built in drama and the masterful score of suspense but, have to be honest in saying that the end was a bit of a letdown

Thanks for sharin and I'm looking forward to the others you posted...soon !

In a total opposition to the purposes if this thread, one film I hope never to see in my entire life is 'Fast Girls'. I saw the trailer for it before MIB3 this weekend and feck me it was horrible. Literally one of the worst trailers I've ever seen, what acting they showed was terrible, the dialogue and story appear to have been written by a 5 year old, and it just looks incredibly bad in every way.

Django unchained tralier should be shown tonight in the states. The next X-men film has a release date for 2014.

So did Inglorious. Once bitten and all that.

Can't understand why people react like that to remakes. It's not as though you won't be able to watch the original any more.

I like watching remakes, especially if I'm a fan of the original. In the case of Robocop, I agree, it's a near flawless film for its time.

The new one has Gary Oldman in it apparently, so it can't be all bad.

Because every remake means that an original idea doesn't get made into a film. The studios only make so many films a year so I get pissed off when they go the safe route with a sequel or a remake.
