He's famous for the Harry Kane and Paco Alcacer incidents of Season 10.

He bought Ibrahimovic for 27m in Season 9 (Think that's the highest transfer he made)

Assembled an excellent attacking squad despite having issues in defense. (lol). A true transfer warrior.
