Tottenham Hotspur vs. Manchester United

Jones needs to come off for Rafael.

Also Anderson needed in that midfield.

It has no energy at all.

Anderson? He's not played in ages.

What's wrong with the goal being dissallowed? He controlled it with his arm, and it led to the goal, i mean he played it to his advantage accidental or not. Why shouldn't it be given as a handball? Atkinson was right to dissallow the goal i think.

Wouldn't mind giggs coming in to make 3 in midfield, we need to have little bit more possession.

Yep, Scholes and Carrick being dominated by their midfield at the moment so they need help...time for Ando?

Pathetic performance. I don't care that we're 1-0 up. The attitude of our players has been appalling. Absolutely no urgency or passion, all just walking around like it's a kick about in the park.

Play like that in the second half, and we will lose.

Calm down, we're playing against a team who only lost once at home this season

The goal shouldnt have standed, he brought it back with his hands. Gary's analogy that a defender wouldnt have conceded a penalty cant be compared imo

In all honesty we've been dire.

Very displeased by the lack of urgency, especially given the importance of the match.

Scholes and Carrick, by their standards, were terrible.

Adebayor should have been sent off and Tottenham given a penalty, he denied a goal scoring opportunity.

Not the best half of football I've seen from us this season but Spurs apart from that Adebayor chance haven't looked that incisive and I'm surprised

Adebayor and Atkinson walking out all pally. I'm sure Adebayor made a bet on him not scoring the first goal in the game. Corruption.

Sky pundits saying if a ball hits a defender on the arm on the goal line it's never given as a penalty. What a load of shite. If that ball had gone past Adebayor and hit Evra standing on the line on the arm and stayed out they would be calling for a penalty, and Atkinson would have given it. He fecking controlled it with his arm for feck sake.

I remember a couple of seasons or so ago against Chelsea when the ball just hit Carricks arm, which was by his side, and it was penalty against us. Wasn't on the goal line either, was just a cross.

can sort of see what he means , he was trying to get out of the way , I don't think he meant to control with his hand.
But if the goal would of stood I would not of been happy

but he did and the rules say if you get advantage from controlling the ball with your arms its a foul.

who gives a feck? how many times we desered to win, but we lost or draw?

undeserved? maybe, but if spurs don't know how to score a goal, we might show them

Even Scholes isnt having a good game. Everyone has been poor.

Is it just me or has Sky's camerawork been uncharacteristically shite?

Too many close ups of the live action and weird angles, just stick to the main camera!

Scholes needs to recalibrate his GPS.

Ain't feeling good about Jones

That Newcastle pen at OT screams out to me, I was livid after that.

Has there been a game where Jones hasn't limped at one point?
