I don't think its really that, the players have been poor, rather than us being outnumbered. We're two slow with the passing and we've been sloppy.
The other thing which I can't understand is the amount of times we play the ball back to the goalie. We play it at the back way too much, invite the pressure till we have to play it back and then inevitably lose it because we don't have any big target men up top.
Don't know why people are saying the Adebayor one should have been given, he clearly moves his arm down towards the ball. He didn't need to and without it he wouldn't have been able to knock it in as easily. It's not like it hit his arm and he could do nothing about it.

Sky pundits saying if a ball hits a defender on the arm on the goal line it's never given as a penalty. What a load of shite. If that ball had gone past Adebayor and hit Evra standing on the line on the arm and stayed out they would be calling for a penalty, and Atkinson would have given it. I don't think I've ever seen as many people on the internet rooting for a Man Utd win before. Chelsea and Arsenal fans are all rooting for us because they don't like Tottenham this season. Neutrals are mostly rooting for us because it makes the league more exciting.
Parker would have made this a whole lot worse in my opinion. This game plan is right up his street.
Neville is wrong in my opinion particularly when he said a defender in an identical situation would not have lead to a penalty. It definitely would have done.
