Another flaming lunch time kick off. I'm sick of stupid kick off times.

It's a tough match, Fulham like every other team in the league will raise there game. I'd like to see us play the way we did in the first 20mins against Villa for a full 90 for once.

We need to start killing off teams and try and cut the goal difference gap. Ruud hasn't been firing recently so he's due a goal, Rio still hasn't got off the mark for us.

I'd love to see us win by 3 or 4 but i think more realistically it will be 1-0 or 2-1.

Congratulations on your 1000th post.

Just luck that I noticed it before Honest Joan and Fergies Army have a moan at me. ;)

3-0

Ruud, Scholes, Ole

Barthez
G. Neville Rio Silves O'Shea

Becks Scholes Butt Giggs

Ruud Ole

I reckon it'll be the same team as against villa.

442 again then. If we win again what are the odds of us returning to 451 against the scousers.

it will be interesting to see how these protests go on and how much attention sky give to it

they got kinda drawn into early kick offs last week when beckham said that it is difficult eating spaghetti at 9am and stuff the other commentators with that richard keys started agreeing with them

but richard keys said its not skys fault but the police

I predict a 2-0 win for us, with goals from Becks and Scholes. Hope Everton draws or beats Arsenal. :)

Even if this is true - Fulham arn't exactly one of our rivals, why it should be played so early, who knows

Well those cottagers have a bit of a reputation as trouble makers. ;)

French defender Mikael Silvestre has been ruled out of Manchester United's game against Fulham after suffering an ankle injury.

Midfielders Roy Keane (hamstring) and Juan Sebastian Veron (ankle) are still sidelined through injury.

Manager Sir Alex Ferguson is expected to recall all his available big name players in their bid to go top of the table.

Ferguson gave some of the club's bright young things a run-out in midweek when they lost to Deportivo La Coruna in the Champions League.

Fulham travel to Old trafford without Steve Finnan, and he could miss the Republic of Ireland's Euro 2004 qualifiers against Georgia and Albania.

The right-back, struggling with an injury to his left side but not thought to be fractured ribs, is definitely out of the Old Trafford encounter and will decide on international duty after the weekend.

Maik Taylor, back after a one-match ban, will replace Martin Herrera in goal as Edwin van der Sar is out for another three weeks out with his broken foot.

Midfielders Luis Boa Morte (ankle) and Bjarne Goldbaek (stomach) are both expected to be fit, although Sean Davis serves the second part of his three-game suspension.

Man Utd (from): Barthez, Carroll, Ricardo, G Neville, Ferdinand, O'Shea, Beckham, P Neville, Scholes, Butt, Giggs, van Nistelrooy, Solskjaer, Forlan, Roche, Richardson, Pugh, Fletcher.
Fulham (from): Taylor, Ouaddou, Melville, Goma, Knight, Harley, Legwinski, Goldbaek, Djetou, Malbranque, Inamoto, Wome, Saha, Sava, Marlet, Boa Morte, Herrera.

As the title race hots up, i think that we should have a look at our goal difference, we r will behind Arsenal n this department,,they can win it on goal difference, f we r level on May..right ?

We're 11 goals behind Arsenal on GD with 8 matches to go, most of them quite difficult. I think it's too late for that to be honest. We won't beat Arsenal's GD unless they lose matches and if that happens, well, we should be able to beat them by points.

So if we're 2-0 up I won't be sending a third striker to try to improve that!

Yeh and did you see when Alan Smith got tough with him, they had some disagreements as Smithy said he would expect Arsenal to beat Blackburn Rovers and Key's got all touchy trying to hint that Blackburn are a good side.
