selling veron right now would be criminal, and diego looked very sharp in the midfield but his finishing was <img src="graemlins/houllier.gif" border="0" alt="[Houllier]" />

Anyone know what he said?</strong><hr></blockquote>
He said he wants to stay at United and it was up to the two clubs if they wanted him to leave. I couldn't see if his fingers were crossed behind his back though

He also said the same thing Fergie did: that he hadn't heard anything about a new deal.

I am sure there are more than a few who don't know who the European Champions are,and hopefully this wil help educate those people.![]()

Phil and Fortune all went off injured...we are serious short of defenders right now
Ruud and Ole apparantly had some minor injuries too <img src="graemlins/nervous.gif" border="0" alt="[Nervous]" /> </strong><hr></blockquote>Fergie said after the game that there was nothing serious.

Juve started off for the first 60 minutes or so with De Vaio and Micolli up front. Nedved, Del Piero, Trezeguet were introduced around the 65th minute. You can see that our almost depleted second string team managed to score one goal on the first team of Juve. On top of that, we only allowed one goal (thanks to Timmy). This was a great presentaiton of United football. I am personally not a bit worried if we do not sign anybody else, although it would be nice to increase our depth.
fecking yeah, Juve will remember this game.

Up to only one club I'd have thought.

They all looked like they came down with cramp to me, especially the way they all went within about 10 minutes of each other, hardly surprising given the effort they'd put in.

This is true.
But if United say no, that's the end of it surely.
