Can't see Heinze, Smith, or Vidic playing much of a part in the match being quite an important one, maybe game after.

If they play like they have been doing recently we should stuff them, but you never know. With any luck Thierry's injury might hold out a bit longer...

The way SAF after the match last night, he currently has no intentions of givng Ole a full game.. he said "You give him 45 mins on the pitch and he'll get you a goal" .. so Ole could maybe come on in 2nd half depending onhow the games going.

Quite like your formation though, hopefully Rooney will be back to his usual self at the weekend. Lets hope Evra has another great game, and Henry's injury is longer than expected.. although he never seems to do much good at OT!

yeah, good 442 team, don't really like fletcher tbh, i would play park if he was fit against arsenal on the right of your team, but three in midfield (Carric, Scholes and O'Shea behind) is more likely considering injuries.

That's more to my liking, Richardson's possible inconsistencies aside, it provides a better balance to the team, genuine width and pace on both flanks.

I wouldn't be surprised to see O'Shea start in midfield though or Evra come in for Silvestre, depends how Fergie wants to play it.

Henry and Van Persie injury doubts for United game

LONDON, Sept 14 (Reuters) - Injured Arsenal forwards Thierry Henry and Robin van Persie are doubtful for Sunday's Premier League clash at rivals Manchester United.

Captain and club record striker Henry missed Wednesday's Champions League win at Hamburg SV with an injured foot while Van Persie suffered a hip injury during the game, the north London club said on its Web site on Thursday.

The problems up front will compound Arsenal's existing injury woes. Defenders Philippe Senderos (shoulder), Gael Clichy (foot) and Lauren (knee), plus midfielder Abou Diaby (ankle), are all four to six weeks away from being fit, the club said.

The only good news was that defender Kolo Toure, forced off after only 29 minutes of Wednesday's 2-1 win, should be fit.

'Kolo Toure will have no problem to play on Sunday,' manager Arsene Wenger told Arsenal TV Online. 'Thierry Henry and Robin van Persie are a bigger problem. We have to wait a little bit but there is a doubt about both of them.

'Robin has a hip problem. His (foot) got stuck in the pitch when he wanted to keep the ball on. There is a major doubt about him.'

On their current domestic form, Arsenal face an uphill task at Old Trafford. They have taken only two points from their first three league games, while a buoyant United are top of the table with four wins from four.

Ole is not going to play 90 mins, we all know that.

And Richardson is not 'fecking useless'...hes a decent player whos young and will only get better, id rather have him in the side against Arsenal than Fletcher, as I think he would be more suited to the game.

Ole can come on in the second half and do what he does best!

As for Henry, he'll probably be fit in time. But hopefully he will bottle it against us again
 
I'd rather Henry and van Piersie play. And we'll defeat their strongest side anyway. It is going to be a cracking game!!!!!

If we play Evra, we have to play oshea behind scholes and carrick as oshea gives Evra good defensive cover.. If we are playing Silvestre, we can play a Fletcher, Scholes, Carrcik and Ronaldo midfield with rooney in the hole behind Saha.

henry will probably start if hes got a broken leg. but sky does say both Persie and Henry is doutfull
