I've put him as a left back, but he's probably more of a centreback than Carrick or Valencia are. Valencia in the libero role
Zeki Fryers is a tall and athletic left-sided full-back, strong defensively but also - as with most modern full-backs - likes to get forward and help out in attack.

What is the opinion of fryers by some of th regular youth and reserves followers. My opinion of him is quite poor. But the mangers continued faith in him is forcing me to think again.
