Leeds United vs. Manchester United

Is this match on Sky Sports?

 Our team!

But at least we can't complain about firepower. Our formation and shape may look messy but we have the players to outscore them and get us through to the next round. I'm expecting a win.

To be honest I'm disappointed we don't get to see more youth players, rather than 2nd string senior players being played out of position... what does this achieve?

It gives them games, I guess.

We've definitely got too many strikers on our books, mind you. The logic of retaining Michael Owen seem more and more hard to understand.

the only fecking fryer i know is the one that makes the chips!!

I do.

I enjoy it when we have a decent CC run, as it's good chance to see some youngsters against better opposition than they face in the reserve league.

You may not give a shit, of course. That's your perogative. Although I really couldn't give a feck about that, obviously :)

A country having two cup competitions is downright silly. It made sense when it was first drawn up, it doesn't today. I have no problem with the competition itself, but keep it for the teams in the three lower leagues. If you want our youth and fringe players to have good tough competitive games, then lobby for the football league to allow in B teams for any club that wants to field one, same as in Spain. Then you could have Manchester United B in the Championship.

We're playing Leeds, Weaste, I couldn't care if it was a friendly, I want to beat them.

Even more so after the FA Cup the other year, we owe them one.

 I'm actually looking ahead of how we will do.

usually i dont give two shits about the carling cup but this is leeds, we have to kick the feck out of them

Then you could have Manchester United B in the Championship.

Why is that better than the Carling Cup?

I much prefer our league pyramid system than the half arsed elitist efforts you get in Spain and Italy.

And I've got nothing against us playing in the Carling Cup... don't care about it much, but haven't got anything against it!

That might or might not be a good idea.

Meanwhile the CC is established as a useful proving ground for our youngsters. The more opportunities they get the better.

Are you joking? I'm not a major fan of the league cup though paradoxically I always want us to win it, but I'd hate beyond belief a united b in the fa leagues. And barca b don't have barca players that play that season, it's be in barca b or a, not both.

4 players that started the champions league final

Streams my homepage. The One is playing! Jesus no mercy for Leeds then.
