Leeds United vs. Manchester United

Leeds do look like the mid table Championship side they are.....simply no match for the passing and movement of a PL team let alone one that's topping the PL
 
So what have we learned from the first 45 minutes?

Diouf cant control a ball thats coming at him from the far side of the pitch
Valencia shoots like Fernando torres
Everyone is watching carrick like a hawk to see if he passes the ball back.
Carrick has passed the ball forward 3 times, the rest across.
Owen is class
Giggs is just freaking awesome
oh and Berbatov is still bloody slow.

Don't forget we're fielding a makeshift side with a CM and a 18 year old debuant at CB, a RM at RB, two strikers in midfield, and a crock up-front!

:lol: To be fair, an 18 year old debutant is taking more intiative with his passing compared to Carrick.

I'd like to see Pogba on for Macheda. Not as a half-time switch, but certainly at some point in the game. 60th minute?

I think it could be that Diouf's underrated on here. I never watched him while he was on loan (not fair to judge a player in a lesser side), but whenever I've seen him for us, he's looked solid enough; nice vision, decent passing, great workrate and physicality.

Expected a bit of blood and thunder from Leeds, not really happened. But we've done well to take the sting from them and our weakened backline by using our better quality on and off the ball.

Macheda just cant play out wide tbh, he looks much better in the middle. Also tbh, he comes across a bit lazy as well
