3 points and a decent performance. I don't mind a 1-0 so long as we're not clinging on for dear life at the final whistle. Winning our remaining Champions League group games is all that matters the margin isn't important.

I hope we dont feck around with the line up. We've sunderland next so it isnt even an excuse. we have to get the 3 points as there's just too much risk in not topping the group.
Which makes me fear this game. He is going to get so cute, put oranges and apples together who have no chemistry and every thing will look disjointed.
We should be playing our best available line up, get a few goals up by half time then make a few changes at the 60 minute mark.
Most carling cup teams we put out are strongish too. I expect the usual blend of experienced fringe players, first teamers and youngsters.
Just to remind everyone, we had a lot of the ball last time, but didn't dominate in shots like we'd hope, and only scored from 2 pens, not from open play.

Partytown from RI who everytime gets the lineups right says that Rooney, Hernandez and Berbatov all play with a depleted midfield.

Great time for Berba to score and break his CL drought. I expect a double from him.
Hmm, I wonder how Berbatov and Owen would do in a front 3, with say Rooney or Nani.
Really wish we just go and buy a midfielder or two this Jan so Rooney can get back to playing as a striker. He's our top scorer bloody hell!

The last CL game at OT we were far too open, hope that is not the case today. Rooney & Ando will have to be disciplined, just hope Wayne doesn't get frustrated.
