Nani is our most creative player - and does provide us width. I'm sure Valencia wouldn't have played as RB if we didn't have the injuries.
So given that Young was not available...and we were lacking in options in defense...
Who would you have played on the wing to give us width?

The last 2 games have been disasterous. We've simply bottled every opportunity that's been put in front of us. They were better than us in every way. That was a hopeless performance. The players need to ask some serious questions of themselves and it also hasn't been Fergie's finest hour.

I don't get this notion that Rooney & Nani are 'creative' players... Nani can beat a player and put in a cross, Rooney can work hard and score a cracker.. they aren't creative by nature. Giggs is the only player I would consider 'creative' in our team.

Well, you'd have to be a loon to right us off. However, the truth is we're not as good as we were a few season ago. We've progressively got weaker. Obvious, I know...but it's a bit frustrating.
