Evra accuses Suarez of racist remarks | Suarez guilty of racial abuse

Extreme racism at Anfield to force us to rest Evra, Rio, Smalling, Diouf, Welbeck, Valencia, Nani, Anderson, Pogba, Morrison, Cofie, Lingard and Cole

And Giggs, of course.

Did anyone else see the headline on one of the footie sites earlier which said "Liverpool ask United fans not to abuse Suarez." Football fans abuse players for next to nothing, why the feck would we reign it in when some cnut has racially abused our captain and then will apparently have the gall to show up at our stadium?

He's from Norwich and plays(on loan) for Oldham Athletic, why on earth would anyone call him a Manc bastard? I mean...it's like someone calling me a Cockney bastard...sure, I'd be hurt...but I don't think anyone'd see a flood of tears.

Maybe, that's just me. Perhaps, I'm just not the sensitive type.

Fair enough, I was just going off gut instinct and didn't realise what you posted, or that Ollie Holt had confirmed it.

Disgusting.

I get called a Manc Bastard all the time. But then my first name is Manc and my surname is Bastard, so it's perfectly normal for me.

Cheers, Inigo.

The claim on RAWK was that he was called a "Manc bastard" and misunderstood it so thought he said "Black bastard" instead hence all the tears etc.

Yes...but why would anyone call Adeyemi, a person born and bred in Norwich, a Manc bastard. Absurd, don't you think?

   I had the video ready to post and all.

:D

Way off topic but that's the best tagline ever and you deserve it.

Thanks

Anyway, Terry's got a fantastic defence...'I called him a Manc bastard, guv.'

According to RAWK, mersyside police saying no arrests for racial abuse?

RAWK are claiming Merseyside Police have said nobody has been arrested for racist language tonight.

Throw away the key!

Dan Roan saying Merseyside police deny any arrests were made for racially aggravated offences.

Isn't Oldham in Manchester?

It's not far-fetched at all.

It's a town in Greater Manchester, it's not in Manchester, I think Oldhamers would've a fit if you said that to them, it's like calling Bolton players Manc bastards.

Has any other paper other than the Mirror reported it?
They arent exactly trustworthy.

You're talking about footie fans here. Geographical precision isn't at the fore during a footie match. I lump all the towns up there as manc too...it's not unusual.

Having said that, it could be much about nothing...but heh, since we're all tribal cnuts...let's get stuck in.

You're all Cockney bastards.

Probably. But it makes a shit story.

Well, I've known geordies who say that about all london clubs. I was in the away end with the Toon army at Brentford and that's all I heard.

even dippers think we all go around saying "ee by gum" and "babby" hence their witty "woollybacks" Too much Coronation St with Yorkshire accents.

Probably unlikely there was a tv camera trained on that part of the ground at the time, but probably CCTV floating around somewhere.

Aye, I meant a clip of when the game was stopped, apparently it was stopped for a few minutes whilst all his team mates tried to calm him down.

I actually think 'Manc bastard' should always be used as term of endearment.
