Giggs runs well with the ball but when it comes to actually passing it to a team mate, he's been poor. Anyway we've been the superior side and I think we'll get back in this.
Not all the time and his runs and passing are exactly the sort that are likely to pay off eventually.

I don't think we should move Giggs out left. We need pacey, tricky wingers right now who can get at their full backs, who are both defensively suspect, in my opinion.
Giggs does not read the game ahead like Scholes does, which is what we need to break apart Chelsea's aggressive closing down and physical midfield.
Giggs has been how he always is. Wasteful because he tries the spectacular and marginal passes, but its perfectly fine with the way our midfield is set out. Carrick balances Giggs out very well.
Theres nothing wrong with the team. We have been better, and dont deserve to be one down. We really need to get a quick goal, or I fear there will be panicky substitutions that wont help our cause. Chucking on Chicha and/or Berbs and sacrificing our shape is a gamble that we probably will take at around 70 mins. But I dont see it working very well.
Getting an early goal and just keep on grinding would be nice.

Well he missed the pen but he's given a ton of free kicks for dives by our players

Agreed, especially the defence. Ivanovic will have to be careful as he's on a yellow, while Luiz will crack if he's put under any sort of pressure on the ball.

Yes arguably they would but like the Liverpool game I tend to feel we look vulnerable defensively even though we dominate possession.
I'm beginning to think teams are quite prepared to let us have the ball in the knowledge that if they simply keep their shape they can hold us
But giggs is running through them pretty easily it's just the last pass all round that is lacking. I don't think we need to change anything we just need to do what we were doing towards the end.
I do wonder just what it would take for a red card and/or a penalty against Chelsea in this fixture, considering some of the ridiculous things we've seen in this and previous years.

People who say valencia is a limited footballer take a look at Young. Young is limited.

Young hasn't been great admittedly, but I don't see what Park would offer us that Young hasn't.

We've apparently not won a game this season after going behind. That doesn't say a lot about our character this season. Time to show we have lots of it.

I agree about the break. Think a couple of games he needs to sit out to recover and see if that helps. But its such a crucial time for us and can't see us taking the risk and resting our most established left back
