Agree, been a real let down has the CL. I was already thinking how easy Chelsea have had it, route wise, to the semi finals but I was quite looking forward to this tie and the Milan v Barca second leg and both have been a none contest. Supposed to be a football match for gods sake.
Hopefully watching Barcelona stuff Chelsea will and potential clash with Madrid will make up for it.

The Penalty was a good call, Garcia barged into Cole with no intention of challenging for the ball. Maxi & Cesar talked them selves into a booking with Aimar joining them later. Personally I think it's good to see a referee taking a stance against the players surrounding him, they obviously gave him a lot of shit, if it was Barca who had gotten two bookings when surrounding the referee like that everyone would applaud him, but the Chelsea hate is getting in the way.
The red card was fine as well. Maxi caught him, he was on a yellow already, fair decision.

seen the replay of the penalty incident. that is a rubbish call. cole fall down too easily.

For whatever reason Chelsea have matched up well against Barca in the past. Whether the changes to personnel will have put paid to that I don't know, but they might be able to impose themselves physically.
