Manchester United vs. Swansea City

I have no fecking idea what this second half has been about. It's actually one of the most annoying halves we've played this season. Ridiculous.

they tried their best to put a few more away but then it just fizzled out. It didnt frustate me at all.

City will be 3-0 up after 10 minutes against QPR and we'll crumble at Sunderland in a distinctly uninterested fashion.

Sky will be dusting of their split screens for next weeks games i guess.

FT. 2-0

Just an unsatisfying win. The second half was such a disappointment. We really could have done with more goals for our pride and goal difference. It's almost over but at least it's going to the final day.

If we'd beaten Wigan and Everton we'd be picking up the trophy right about now :(

Who plays first next week?

Ot does everyone start at the same time?

With comments like this I wonder how long you have actually watched football.

Are you new to the sport? If yes that is fine and would explain a hell of a lot.

The substitutions were shit. I mean Hernandez and Rooney were keenly competing for the worst striker on the pitch award but if you take Rooney off the there is no one to link anything that doesn't go down the wings.

Great. SAF is speaking & we get to listen to a panel of assorted gonks instead.

Yeah blah blah, feck off!

Somehow neglected the fast that it will the last fixtures of the season.Big deal.

I've always said that if he has players getting beyond him he has a lot to offer. Still think he could do a job here, especially if we can keep the likes of clev fit. But oh well.

On a side note, for someone as comfortable on the ball as he is, I always think it's strange that Rafael panics a bit when he gets the ball in the opposition box.
Its clear to see that our ongoing system isn't ideal for a player like him if the early season if anything to go by. the same has been said by berba's agent too. Its better he puts his talent in a team that will play him regularly. we just can't do so anymore i feel, his talent not even being in question.

You get these a lot on here, there's the one about Carling Cup Semi's with away goals, there's the one about FA Cup Semi replays. The one about 10 bookings. I mean these are things I worked out when I was 9.

Like a lot of games this season we just can't score more goals. The effort is there, the chances are being created but we're too wasteful too often.

Frogie out...

...for a meal with Mrs Frogie.

This match was the story of our season. Fast start and promising pacy play gave way to a more laborious second half. Poor finishing with chicharito the main culprit. The lad could have had a hat trick but you can tell his confidence was low. His linkup play and holding up the ball is still shockingly poor. To cap it off looks like rio has done his back again so that's probably the end of the season for him.

On any other day this result would be good. But like many of these good results they just leave you unsatisfied. Why we can't put teams to the sword this year is beyond me. We just seem to lack that killer instinct to demolish teams at old trafford. It's partly the reason why we let everton back into the game with 10 mins left. Hopefully we sign a midfielder and striker to freshen up the team.

A pretty dispiriting performance I have to say.

I do hope Ferguson doesn't ignore his own failings in the past few weeks.

QPR could have the fate of the universe in their hands in the match against City & it won't make a difference. Let's just hope City get an early goal so we don't start to believe it's possible like today against Newcastle. :(

The second half was a bit disappointing, really liked De Gea's focus though, he looked like he was determined for a clean sheet at home.

Praise to SAF for all he has done. It's quite amazing.

But I'd say he got it wrong the last two matches. Last time with his starting line up (not including Valencia and Young and using Park and Giggs in that one). This time for taking off Rooney and not Hernandez and not using Nani at least at some point.

That post match speech by Fergie has got to be one of his worst.

Not sure about the celebration quote , but if any one can do that ,it's our away fans.
