It is relevant in that his agent coming to London to close negotiations doesn't mean Chelsea. It would be bizarre to fly to LHR for a medical though, mind.

My recollection is Ozil was a monster thread only comparable to Sneijder and this one. The difference was Ozil lasted from hafway through the WC to August, while Benzema, Sneijder and even this one were long-standing/long-winded ones, muck like the Berba thread.
Ozil was certainly the first kneejerk/meltdown sort. The price tag didn't help either.

If it's going to happen, the club will announce it then Hazard. I can't see him being allowed to announce it on Twitter, even if he's signing for a plastic club.
I call shenanigans on Hazard to Chelsea. The Hazard to Chelsea story only picked up momentum after Saha's comment on Twitter and before that, they were very much seen as the longshot to land him. Not to mention, after sumbmitting their offer for him, Chelsea went and tried to sign Lucas Moura, who would play in the exact same place Hazard would if Chelsea signed him.

He got loads, plenty of undeserved ones too, in his first seasons. If he didnt do enough to convince the manager who splashed the cash on him and gave him more than enough chances, he can only blame himself.
