We should know by now that nothing is official until it's been confirmed by the clubs or player involved. It's funny reading over this thread (and just transfer threads in general), people take all kinds of stuff as gospel and it always bites them in the behind. All will be revealed in due time, if Hazard joins United? Great. If not? Somebody else will emerge.
