Clearly a better option to Hazard in both attitude and ability. Unless he signs for Arsenal.

I want us to sign him, but only at a reasonable price for a player who's in his last year of his contract and wants to leave his club.

Forum zombies. That's what you guys are. The mentally dead.

Chelsea have so far signed Marin, Hazard and Du Bryne. That is a fantastic replacement for Kalou and Malouda.

really hope we sign kagawa and Powell.

I reckon it's between City and Arsenal, but Real might steam in with a late bid

So this is the one we always wanted, right?

Yes. May not be the ideal muppet signing, but anyone with a sense of reality could see this is the far more likely signing, and in mine and a good few others opinion, just as good a signing as hazard, if not a better one.

Wrap this up ASAP.

I reckon Kagawa will sign for Arsenal, Nick Powell will be snapped up by Spurs or something like that and we'll come full circle to return to Sneijder for another summer's worth of muppetry, ending in disappointment.

So how much are Dortmund asking for now? It seemed a good deal at ten million or so (well, insofar as paying ten MILLION POUNDS for a guy to kick a football can ever be considered a "good deal"), but I've been told that apparently they've upped their asking price more towards the twenty million mark? Have to think that's probably getting a little expensive now for a player who is essentially sloppy seconds.

If we get him, still a really good signing, not as good as Hazard would have been but still an improvement on what we have! One thing that I think a lot of people wanted with Hazard over Kagawa is his 'superstar' status, he's a big name that will give other teams a lot to worry about even before he starts playing for them, Kagawa doesn't have the same vibe about him.

Hazard --> Kagawa --> Powell --> Clyne --> Fletcher fit? --> Anderson/Cleverley

The chain of fail reaction

He's really not.

Stick Sneijder in there somewhere. Also, Pogba. He might not leave if Conte goes to jail or something.

In and around 18M would still be a great deal for one of the stars of the bundesliga!

This thread will go to shit now with all the hazard fanboys filling it with "he's good, but not hazard good" shite.

I don't like him.

Sell him to me. What can he offer us?

I don't get it either, could be down to the fact that I've never seen him play.

Would he cut it on a cold night in Stoke? Pace of the Premier League is what makes it the best league in the world, we shouldn't assume Kagawa can ply his trade in the same manner with more robust settings.

 So true.

But seriously, this is the guy I wanted more and if we don't get Kagawa I will seriously go insane
