The reality still is that in general the Chinese dislike the Japanese. For (caucasian) foreigners it's maybe hard to understand, because it's "hidden" before the eyes of westerners.
Anyone know why the police apparently limited the crowd to 47,000, if I heard the commentator correctly? The stadium can hold much more for a football game.

There is a hierarchy among them but they all rank themselves top so they look down on all the other countries. Except when it comes to wifes. Then they all agreed that japanese ladies were to prefer.

I too like to believe he knew he had the space and I suspect that wont be the last time we see that first touch lifting the ball up in front of him.

China isn't called "Middle kingdom" for nothing.
What I meant with "hidden" is that when you ask a Chinese person about this issue, you'll usually get the politically correct answer back.
It's hard for foreigners to find out how Chinese people really think and feel. One way to do it is to "Baidu" it and start reading Chinese netizens' opinions. Another way is to become "real" friends with Chinese, which is hard. In some ways Chinese people always wear masks when talking to Westerners.
Chinese people usually say about themselves that it's easy for foreigners to become friends with Chinese people and step in their circle of friendship, but it's near impossible to step in the circle of trust and become their "real" friends.

Nah. He's a forward. More of a nailed on striker. His first touch is on and off. Bit like Hernandez. But his shot on goal ratio is pretty good from what I've seen.
