Quite disappointing so far. Everton have looked hungrier than us. We've got to match their workrate if we want to get anything here. Aerially, they are dominant with Fellaini winning everything. We have to step it up and start using that possession better. You can't really say our attackers have done enough so far.
I'm worried we might lose Scholes due to the intensity of the game. Rooney also needs a big second half. His touch and movement haven't been up to par.

The main thing is that we didn't concede. Not the exciting start we might have hoped for but they are a settled, well-run outfit with strong attacking potential and DDG has kept them out. Surely, surely the second half will be an improvement.

Everton are playing well, as they always do at Goodison. A win would obviously be desirable but a draw wouldn't be disasterous. Most teams, if not all will do well to take three points off the blue scouse on Merseyside.
