To be fair to the lad the whole contract issue can't be helping, he has been an outlet of sorts in the Second Half. I think it says a lot he can produce 2-3 good crosses a game minimum. At his best he can be phenomenal but he needs a bit of love at the moment moses.

Convincing winners in the end, we looked like a completely different team in the 2nd half compared to the 1st half. Great to see our debutants scoring as well couldn't really ask for much more from them.

Great 2nd half performance, starting with Scholes goal. I was really impressed by Buttner, getting a debut goal, and I'd say Evra has a big fight on his hands to keep his place at LB.

No. He floated it into the far bottom corner with the outside of his left foot. Was just inside the 6 yard box.
De Gea starts the next game
He wasn't great but end of the day he made things happen. He's not in frm yet but we've just got to ride it through. We know that there is a quality player in there, only a few months ago he was having a good Euro's tournament. This is where you look to your squad to have the quality to get the result even when some of your players aren't on their game yet.
Tale of two halves really this game. 1st half was decent but we seemed to be caught between different approaches. Much more lively in the second half, better balance to the team and the attack showed much more energy and movement. Buttner looks class, Carrick was excellent and Welbeck had a good game. The defence looked a lot more comfortable as well.

The moment we got a goal ahead, we looked better, somewhat more confident and assured. That's so like us.
Big fat deceiver. My crappy Chinese stream did show that it was outside the box, what I am not sure is if it was a smash or carrick type of shoot. Where hits it hard, but it actually is just a long pass.
