Manchester United vs. Queens Park Rangers

So, we let the opposition score to come out start playing? Superior quality? We scored through corners. QPR weren't being over powered..

i cant be arsed to argue against these pointless and petulant complaints.

As things stand, we are top of the table and looking forward to last 16 of the ECL while all our squad are getting good gametime.

More than enough for me.

:lol::lol:

Nah. Look, its QPR, they came to defend, so I expect at this level they will do that for an hour.

But they will tire (they did) and our superior quality will then show (it did).

Once in a blue moon (like vs Norwich, it does not work), but that does not mean we doubt our quality or our manager.

We may not win the league, but we still have one of the finest collection of players in the world in our squad.

Are sensible and knowledgeable posts allowed in Matchday forum? I thought it was only for drama queens and children.

If Anderson still doesn't start after this... well, I dunno.

Anderson has a resonsibility when he starts games to finish them, we can't be taking him off before the end of every match because he's not fit enough. The quality is there but his fitness issues are pretty embarassing for a top player at a top club. Once he does that he starts everytime imo.

QPR didn't "tire".

Bottom line is that we beat them on two corners and finally had a good final ball for the clinical finish.

Job done, but we need to work on our first half play.

This is such a stupid fecking post. If he isnt fit enough, why does Fergie allow him to be even close enough to the first team? He fined and dropped Rooney for being shite in one training after a night on the beer, so if Ando isnt doing his best to maintain his fitness, rewarding him with a place in the side isnt somethnig fergie would do.

the amount of ground he covers centrally is unreal,a box-to-box midfielder is a tough role to play for anyone.

ever heard of 'mental' tiredness, or that rare skill of being able to concentrate til 90 mins?

how many times do Anderson and Cleverley have to outplay our other midfielders for them to start getting a decent amount of starts. (especialy Anderson considering he gets even less playing time, atleast it looks that way)

QPR have been fantastic so far, well organised and set up to defend. Our intensity of play will catch up with them soon, and more spaces will emerge as they tire around the 60 min mark.

Our attackers look sharp with Rooney and RVP with scoring boots on, just need clear chances to fall their way, which they will. First goal will open the floodgates. We will get at least 3.

Fletcher and Scholes have been abit sloppy but generally OK, Welbeck and Young need to impress more. Maybe bring on Hernandez and Anderson if we are still without a goal after an hour.

once again, :cool::drool::cool:

yep. We improved our energy and movement in midfield when Scholes came off for anderson but at the end of the day it was 2 corners that changed the game, not the 'plan to tire them out' or whatever bollocks people are claiming.

Andersn does so much running on and aff the ball, no wonder he gets so tired.
