Manchester United vs. West Ham United

Great line-up except I'd have preferred Welbeck to Hernandez for the great one-twos.

Should be a great win this.

If you had to describe it in one word.....great?

De Gea
Rafael Smalling Evans Evra
Carrick
Anderson Cleverley Rooney
Van Persie
Hernandez

Bolded players that should considered first choice every match at this point. I know the last time Hernandez started it didn't end well, and every time he comes off the bench we seem to win..

Mwhahahahaha

Edit - Damn Linde

Yeah I think Lindegaard is starting because West Ham have a real aerial threat with Caroll and Nolan etc, so are going to focus on crosses into the box which De Gea has looked dodgy with.

The only this lineup could've been any better would be to put Rooney up top with Kagawa playing behind the strikers

That would be awesome on paper but where does big TV fit into this as he is one of our best players easily.

Rooney isn't going to play there Robo, wtf is that formation.

Will we use this excuse for the rest of DDG's career with us? And DDG looked really good coming out and punching crosses vs Villa.

Yeah he has never fecked up with crosses. He would be better at handling Carroll than the much bigger and physical Lindegaard.

:wenger:

Had completely forgotten about Scholes momentarily - I accounted for his suspension in my line-up prediction and did know... Giggs to start at Reading then probably.

As for the team, looks great. Let's hope it works!

We can't just rest him every time we play a physical team. How's he ever going to learn? And he was MOTM in our most physical match last season.

?

OOPS never seen him there tut tut such a waste of an attacking weapon imo.

Perfect line-up. NOW we'll see.

If we start well, we'll thump them. Even if Carroll does give our defence problems, I see us being able to outplay and outscore them comfortably. I just hope Cleverley and Anderson recognise that they have to drive the point home with great performances tonight.

So close to the lineup I guessed, only one missing was de gea. Still, great lineup, exactly what we all hoped for. Pretty much all of our out of form players aren't on the pitch which is a good thing.

By bulking the feck up, he's not fully developed yet.

No one cares about your little MOTM award ffs. He's had trouble with balls into the box, apart from that he's outstanding but it's a clear weakness. Considering we are playing one of the most physical teams in the league with two big attackers then it makes sense to start Lindegaard. Allardyce always plays direct football so it's the right decision.

Yep hoping they dont live up to the expectations and Fergie doesnt think its worth the gamble as I think its a fantastic lineup

He would be very attacking there, FB's need to be a constant attacking outlet in that system.

Been about two miles away from the stadium for half an hour, what the feck is up with this traffic?

Everyone just saw the line-up and stopped to celebrate.

great line-up

somebody please PM me with river

Not too keen on seeing Smalling and Evans starting together yet. Would have rather Rio in with either of them. Sound lineup otherwise

Could someone PM me a stream with English commentary please?
