Manchester United vs. CFR Cluj

He was playing better that the other midfielders on the pitch and played Hernadez through with a lovely ball. His passing percentage is never going to be too high as he attempts forward balls, unlike most of our other midfielders.

The Cleverley who usually has high pass percentages because he focuses on keeping possession and short passes?

When Anderson got injured at the weekend and given our other mobile midfield options it made Cleverley one of the most crucial players in the squad. That's my point, it wasn't worth the risk to loose all this 'rustiness' after not playing for 2 weeks!

If he shouldn't play today because he might get injured, why wouldn't he get injured against City?

He didn't look too rusty for the 45 mins he's just played. If you want to see rusty/lack of match fitness watch Fletcher!

He'd potentially have looked that way on Sunday if he hadn't played today. His last match wouldn't have been for a few games.

When needed yes but he also attempts through balls! You know those forward through the eye of needle balls.

Not based on the performance today but I always get the feeling that Lindegaard will be our number 1 keeper for years to come.

How about based on Lindergaard's performances?

Dortmund played their 2nd string in a dead rubber and beat a cash happy star laden - albeit Europeanly shit - City team. We're playing ours against a team who rhyme with sploosh..and are losing.

Scholes and giggs in midfield are the best dissapearing double act since ronnie Biggs and Harold Houdini

It annoys me how complacent Rooney looks, I don't care whether the game means nothing he should have the drive to want to be top goalscorer.

Woo we conceded, game on!

Lazy pass from Scholes, follows it up with a missed slide tackle, leaves the middle open and they score. Shocker.

Can't wait for someone to blame De Gea.

Finally a goal. Took long enough.

We can start playing for the win now.

The only way this night (or is 2.30 morning) can get worse is if Juve lose in Ukraine.

I want us to play well, obviously, but also am definitely rooting for Cluj. What an achievement if they qualify.
