Manchester United vs West Ham United

All things considered, not bad stuff. We should be up by more than one goal but I'll happily take what we've got so far, given that what we're really seeing is good training for players who need it.

I'd like to see Ando, Nani and Hernandez pick up goals in the second half. That's not asking too much.

West Ham are as potent as me after seeing the pic of Terry in his pants.

Anyone know the attendance ? I've seen noisier training sessions.
Place looks half empty, no atmosphere.

How's Anderson playing ?

Gotta love Giggsy. Been the best player on the pitch.

"Borderline offside"

You mean onside, then. Dick.

I think it shows that we've a few players coming back from injury. The likes of Nani and Anderson have shown glimpses of how good they can be whilst also making mistakes you usually wouldn't expect.

Still, decent, boring half.

I can't take this commentating

''All they have to show for this half''
''A borderline offside goal''

HT:Pleased with that half,Rooney ,Rafael,Giggs all looking impressive.

People were saying Giggs needed to retire earlier in the season. He was just out of form.

Okay seriously what is up with Giggs?
How, how can he outrun every player on the pitch when he's twice some people's age?

Damn he's good. Gotta love Giggsy :)

Quite a composed first half from us. The tempo really isn't there but we haven't struggled at all. Our returnees from injury understandably look a bit rusty but they'll be ok in the long run. Giggs has been running the show for us so far.

We need to try and step up a gear and put this game to bed while we still have the chance. More energy please.

That run by Giggs was mental. Can't believe he can still do that.

From penalty area to penalty area, outpacing 3 WHU players and keeping the ball.

I mean, how is that even humanly possible with a zimmer frame?!?

Nani's looked more threatening in this 45 minutes, then Valencia has looked at any time all season.

Rooney has looked the best of all the returnees, Nani the worst. Not a surprise considering the length of thier respective injuries.

kinda glad Rooney didnt make the Liverpool game

he like a few others is looking understandably rusty

Giggs, Rafael and Buttner doing well so far....

what a pass from Anderson

Happy with that think we are doing well considering Rooney Nani Ando lindegard are all coming back from injury. Plus points Nani is looking lively and Valencia's form looks like its coming back into gear!

Good half considering how many changes we made.

Positive from Anderson and Nani just getting back. Chicha, Giggs and Rafael have been good as well. Jones and Smalling have handled the aerial threat well.

You can tell some of our players are just coming back and playing games again. This will do them good.

People were saying Giggs needed to retire earlier in the season. He was just out of form.

More like he needed a rest after the olympics. Fergie has given him this now watch him be a big player for us come the end of the season.

Rafael is a beast, again best player in the pitch.

Chicha made an assist, and almost made another in Anderson shoot.

Nani is not in form, well that is to be expected cuse he hasn't played for a long time. Valencia again looks without confidence.

Happy with Ando and Giggs contribution, both played well.

Midfield forcing it a bit too much but that's to be expected with the midfield chosen. Great team goal.

You'd be happy for him to be shit for an entire match and play one good pass? Ok.

That's not what he said is it. He said he could be pissed as a fart if it means he plays passes like that, not he can play shit all game and play one good ball in a match and he'd be happy.

Think he's been pretty good all things considered though.

Rooney has looked the best of all the returnees, Nani the worst. Not a surprise considering the length of thier respective injuries.

Personally, apart from one pass, I thought that Ando has been terrible.

It wasn't a great half. We put together some nice moves at time but were often profligate with possession. West Ham being so awful has facilitated a good exercise in match fitness for our players returning from injury.

On a side note whats happened to Pogue not seen him post for ages?
