In the latest episode of the United Hour Podcast, Nik (@Rood) is joined by CEO Duncan Drasdo and Financial Director Andy Green from the Manchester United Supporters Trust for a special episode on all things behind the scenes at Old Trafford including a brief history of MUST and their aims today, views on INEOS and Sir Jim Ratcliffe so far, and the Old Trafford regeneration.
I made an effort to raise the temperature ahead of the game. I know I'm not very good at this but I put in some good two hours for it at least.
I think we'll take this quite seriously:
Obviously there may be a fair few more changes despite the break the lads have had, due to Southampton being on the Wednesday. Central defence is probably the most likely, to include Smalling and Evans instead of Rio and Vidic (who will come back in on Wednesday). But the likes of Anderson, Rooney, Kagawa, and Nani clearly need more game time to build up some form. Welbeck's had a lot of praise lately so I'd start him here and then either put him on the bench for Southampton or even leave him out altogether if necessary. Sub on Giggs and Hernandez for some minutes to hopefully keep them in the rhythm of their good form, and see if Valencia can get a bit of form back from the bench too (most likely starting against Southampton anyway). Just need a solid performance and hope that we're a bit more ruthless up top.

I expect United to win this one comfortably. Fulham have been total shite. But curious as to how Berba will play in this one. I hope well and that he will get some respect from the support at OT.
I'm very excited, on a whim 3 of my friends and myself have decided to come over to see the game, tickets were easy to purchase (for a change), and even though the flight is a bit expensive, we're hoping it'll be good fun. We arrive in the afternoon at Manchester, around 2PM, have to pick up our tickets from the ticket office as we purchased them today, and after the game we'll go out for a few drinks (any advice?) and back to the airport for our early flight back to France on Sunday morning.
Probably won't be the most incredible atmosphere ever, I realize that with all the spares going around (and considering how easy it was to get tickets 24hrs before the game), but hopefully it'll be a good game and we'll have a good laugh. First time at OT for all four of us!

Patrice Evra has revealed that Sir Alex Ferguson has spelled out his determination to win the FA Cup this season.
The Frenchman would love to get his hands on the famous trophy and could be in line for his first outing in this season's competition when Fulham provide the opposition in the fourth round on Saturday.
"The boss has given a big message this season – he really wants to win the FA Cup," Evra told United Review. "He really wants it and so do we.
"It is the only trophy that I have not won at Manchester United. That seems impossible given that I am now in my seventh year here. The FA Cup means so much and, one day, I hope I will win it. Hopefully this year."
The left-back feels Sir Alex is able to shuffle his pack for the cup competitions and yet still progress, something that was evident considering Evra did not feature himself in the two ties with West Ham.
"Manchester United is the only team that can make 10 changes and still win," he asserted. "You might hear people call it a second team, but it’s not. Everyone is a United player and you trust each one of your team-mates. The manager makes those changes because he trusts that we are going to win. He’s not crazy, he knows exactly what he is doing."

Any danger of this one being postponed, gents? I just drove home from town and a journey that normally takes me 5-10 minutes took me 45. The snow is falling rapidly and the roads are treacherous. If it continues overnight and into tomorrow morning, there will surely be some safety concerns.

Depends what team we put out, but I'm expecting us to take an early lead then slowly let Fulham back into it. I know Fergie and Evra have come out and said we really want the FA Cup this year, but if we go a goal up I just think we'll ease off.
