This is a relatively easy game to win that has been made hard by a half baked performance. Wouldn't be shocked to see Fulham score and Van Persie come on to rescue us. Our play has been bity at best. The defence seem afraid of the responsibility of carrying or even playing the ball so they're just an obstacle instead of a help, midfield is a bit meh and Rooney's touch has deserted him numerous times. Hernandez is mostly doing the right things but the ball is going nowhere near him so he's effectively out of the game. We're clearly going through the motions here.

Good first half. Should be more than one up. Giggs very good and Anderson got better as the half went on.
I think I could have easily played in this game. Walking pace is putting it mildly.
Hope we don't go into second half syndrome.

Hence his overall attitude should be much better. I don't mind rustiness but he's checked out and that's not acceptable
Nani doing fine. Cut the critism, he's direct and getting into dangerous positions, few more games and he will have that final ball. Tbh it's not like any of our other wingers have exactly been setting the world on fire.

Exactly, he's been unlucky not to score and he put one on a plate for Rooney to cock up. He's done alright, and I don't know how anyone can expect more when he's been out injured for over 2 months. It will take time. Valencia has been playing poor for months, yet Nani gets a few crosses blocked and everyone gets pissed off at him. Different players get treated differently I guess.

The sound it to be fair. Very frustrating, he is not quite match ready. Still a not quite match ready Nani might still get us a goal.
Nani's and Rooney's end products just aren't there at the moment, both coming back. (more so Nani). But otherwise they've both been very dangerous and have had a more than solid 1st half.

Lackluster performance thus far against an awful Fulham side. Nani and Rooney have generally been wasteful in possession, Hernandez pretty quiet. On the plus side, smalling and jones playing well.
