I'm fecking glad I stayed in to watch that. I'd have ended up in the cells if I'd gone out in La Coruña to watch it.

As it was my gf was keeping out of the room after Nani went.

Absolutely gutted and fuming. I could've accepted a loss if Madrid had been better, but to be robbed like this. Just feck right off. Varane escaped sending off in the first leg and in the second leg Nani is sent off for what should be nothing more than a booking and we're denied a clear penalty in added time (which probably would've meant nothing, but you never know).

I don't care about the ban - it'll just be for group games anyway - Fergie should fecking blast the ref afterwards. That cnut should never ever ref another European game.

You're talking thrash. Fergie's got it 100% spot on in terms of team selection and tactics. In fact, Giggs and Welbeck, which i thought was ridiculous to start, became our 2 best players till the sending off. This is one of the best performance, in terms of guts, tactical discipline i've seen in years. Well done lads.
 
I say it has it is and if we play bad I say so, but not tonight was was the better team and only last because the ref decided that this match, was the one he wanted to make himself a name with, there was no way Madrid would of beat us tonight

I've gone over the replay a few times now. There really was nothing in that
"foul" whatsoever. Two players fairly going for the ball, nothing more. Call a foul on Nani, if you must, but nothing more.
 
How can you send off a player when his opponent is leading with his chest, FFS?
 
Roy is talking bollocks. If he was still playing he'd have murdered the referee.
