I have a feeling the next time we play at Old Trafford after the Swansea match, United will be very different. Feels like the end of an era.

I expect this to be the last OT match for SAF, Scholes, Rooney, Nani, Anderson and a few others.

United will win 3-0. That's not even a prediction, that's just what the score is going to be.

Scholes and Goggs to start. We'll find out his favourites from tomorrow's lineup. I'd guess Rooney will start to put us in a strong position regarding him leaving.

Hope the team put on a performance befitting of SAF last home game, with Scholes getting some minutes and scoring a 20 yarder and one of his trademark tackles.

I'd expect everyone of the players wanting to play and to put in a performance that SAF would expect. This is going to be one hell of a day. Does any one else have that nervous/excited feeling?

Left my contact lenses at my mates flat (who is now at work) and my glasses are broken. Squinty-eyed third tier excursion!

If anyone who is without Sky Sports wants a good stream of this, if you register with Skybet as a new customer this weekend, you get a £10 free bet and a free NowTV Sky Sports 24 hr day pass. No deposit required.

I don't have Sky Sports, and the non-legit streams can be a little unreliable, or switch off at the final whistle so you miss the celebrations/send off, so I was gonna buy a day pass anyway ot make sure I caught the whole thing, but getting it for nowt was a mega bonus. Now just hoping my free £10 5-fold accumulator comes off, and that'll be a right good day.

In fairness this game is going to be awful.

The players are going to be as emotional as the fans, can't really expect them to perform.

A part of me thinks that. Another part of me is expecting the players to play out of their skins for the occasion, one last time at home for the boss.

I hope it's the latter. I do like Swansea, but I hope we absolutely smash them.

Really?

I expect them to put on a show. These players are elite level professional athletes. Big occasions, whatever they may be, should bring the best out of them. I expect them to play with freedom and flair today.

I hope that we see a couple of the top youth prospects play. It will be fitting on Sir Alex's last home game to see the continuation of the youth development ethos that has pervaded Sir Alex's tenure here.

We thought that would be the case for the Munich anniversary game and it turned out to be very flat.

This got me thinking, what's the biggest audience for a live speech ever? Fergie's in front of 75,000 has to be up there.

I'm going to have to punch a wall to restore my manhood after this. It's going to be emotional.

Erm, 75k is nothing. Political speeches attract far larger crowds. Obama's inauguration got hundreds of thousands.

De Gea
Rafael, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra
Valencia, Carrick, Scholes, Giggs
Rooney, Van Persie

Expecting something similar to that. Scholes is confirmed to feature, probably a start? I'd expect the same with Giggs too really. I'd like Kagawa in there, possibly even sacrificing Valencia and playing a 4-3-3, we'll see.

Honestly think we'll destroy them. Fergie's last home game, the players have to deliver something special. Though on the other side Swansea should be coming out with full force, the confidence they could take from ruining the greatest manager of all times final game could be massive. Hopefully they come out and come to attack, could be a cracker then. Still reckon we'll score about 5 or 6 today. ATTACK! ATTACK! ATTACK!

Fergie is going to troll us all with his last game, for sure. Giggs in midfield, Valencia on the right, Jones behind RvP.

I'll not moan about any team selection. It'll be fitting to have an old player in CM and a couple of players out of position! A nice bit of zombie passing wouldn't go amiss either. We might actually enjoy it!

Incase anyone is watching this on the Internet through a rubbish stream then there's a good thread in the general where EvilChuck posted a link to get a free skysports pass for 24 hours.

Rooney? I thought Phil Jones made a vegetable of him on the training ground yesterday? Rooney will be back though, after a couple of years of rehabilitation and perhaps a bionic leg.

Maybe Jones can do Valencia a favour then too.

Knowing what we are like with overwhelmingly emotional occasions and the likelihood of it being a sentimental lineup with Giggs and Scholes both starting.... Swansea seem like a good bet at 9/1.

Post game speech and celebrations will be streamed live for free on the official website, just in case people's streams turn off after the final whistle.
