How is it decided where the game is played?
The cup winner plays at home. If the league champion and cup winner is the same (like Dortmund last season and Bayern this season), the game is played at the 2nd in the league.

No. He was more a man for the flanks, but can play anywhere in the offensive midfield.

Oh I don't doubt for a second they would accept £20 million. There is simply not a chance he isn't going to Bayern next season.
It is he has already signed a pre-contract for next season. They offered him to listen to offers from foreign teams but Lewandowski flat out refused saying that he is dead set on joining Bayern and no one else.

Lewandowski was never a fan favourite, but the overall stance is neutral towards him. As long as he works hard (like this game), he will get the support like a normal Dortmund player.
