I suppose it's a good sign Nani's sitting on the bench and didn't go down the tunnel for treatment. Might just be precautionary.

Kagawa or even more so, Rooney in place of Giggs in this starting lineup would be brilliant.
I think it's more precautionary than anything, he's not got of to get treated as he's sat with the others which is good. Really good half hour from him though.
wr8 isn't wrong though. Rooney is a better finisher than RVP imo

I'd say there isn't much difference in their finishing, they're both very good but, like all players, they miss the odd sitter. If we had a motivated, fit Rooney partnering Van Persie and a high quality midfielder behind then that would be fantastic.
From what I've seen RVP misses more sitters than Rooney though he does score spectacular goals as well

Surprisingly not
Possibly, Rooney has missed a few stinkers but he definitely is pretty reliable, he's really improved his finishing since the 07/08 season when his finishing was really poor. Van Persie has been top scorer 2 years in a row so he's not exactly wayward either.

Nani and Ando were probably our two best players, but Nani had to go off (looks like hamstrings), and Henriquez is on for him. Ando still playing well.
Anderson is playing like a Keane/Scholes lovechild.

Anyone slightly worried by our lack of cutting edge even though we have most of our first team lineup starting in terms of attacking lineup? (cue 5 goals in the 2nd half)... I just feel this side needs some injection of quality.
