At least when his Chelsea career flops he also has the promising acting career in the background.

Final ball is pretty much the only fault I've found with Zaha all pre season. Thats something he needs coaching on, he will improve, and I think he will improve fast. His natural ability is up there with the best we have had at that age.

I agree, and his final ball isn't that bad compared to alot of tricky wingers at that age. He's created some excellent chances for Palace where he continuouslypicked the right pass, but definitely something he can improve further.

I thought Nani looked very, very sharp in the first half. Basically laid on a goal for Zaha, who decided to slice it. Then his great take and run set up a great RvP chance.

Nani was great - in reality he probably was close to getting a penalty also - that rb of theirs should realize that clinging to your opponent's shirt for 45 seconds will result in such things. Nani's technique is sublime, and he is so, so quick. His short passing is brilliant also.

The way he just strokes his face afterwards  I will forever like Rooney (unless he turns into a racist or something).

It feels odd to see a United team without two strikers in the team. I'd like to see Hernandez come on for Giggs in the second half.

Alright need a goal. Get that Lingard fella on.

Great goal, poor defending.

To be fair almost every goal we've conceded have been screamers

What a strike... Really opened up for him though. We've been shite since nanis gone off though, they've been better probably.

Goal. Good shot, but that's on Evans - chased his man out unnecessarily, left Vida with two to mark when easily beaten. Naive stuff from Jonny.

What the feck is up with the goals we've conceded this tour? Three of them right in the top corner.

Wow, fielding a serious team in the LSC: Johnstone, Wootton, Vermijl, Thorpe, M.Keane, Ekangamene, Januzaj, Cole, Macheda, Petrucci, Lingard.

Explains why no Adnan or Lingard tonight.

Against City in the final isn't it? Good team that, any idea of the bench?

....and another injury - this time Evans is off.

Wish zaha would stop it with the steps overs he keeps fluffing them and losing possession

Why it puzzles me why some were moaning about signing Garay.

Can't get used to Phil Neville being on the touch line, he looks like a child.

Typical United - go unscathed in most pre season games then get injured in the final game.
