Moyes will go defensive. City will attack for 90 mins. Reckon we'll hold out for about 60 mins then lose 2-0.
Well aren't you a ray of sunshine.

Why the hell have 5 live got Robbie feckin Fowler previewing the Derby?
man, that game
damn ballack.
we also had another goal denied by another goal line clearance, from RVN if i am not mistaken. at least more than half of the ball was over the line.
I'm thinking the same. However, I don't know about Evan's match fitness in regards to returning for such a big game. Also, Rio is usually pretty solid next to Vidic in these big games. I do agree though that Evans should get some game time over Rio in the coming weeks. Also I wouldn't mind Evans getting a run-out instead of Rio. He was creaking a bit against Leverkusen.
We'll lose. City away is not easy. Fully expect a 2-0 loss

His mind games are pretty shit.Pellegrini says his squad now have a winning mentality. "I don't know what happened in the past but I know that our mentality at the moment is very strong. So strong but more strong than Manchester United,"

Right now that's not even mind games, it's just a flat lie. The daft pundits might be acting as if United and City have had equally slow starts to the season, but while we've drawn with Chelsea and lost at Anfield, City have lost to Cardiff and drawn with Stoke. Hardly indicative of a 'winning mentality'...
City have been woeful so far in the league. Should have lost to Hull at home and Stoke should have hammered them with the amount of chances they had. Apparently they were very good against Plzen in the CL but if they bring their league form tomorrow we'll beat them
While I do see the reasoning behind Valencia at RB, I do think that is a last resort. Smalling or Fabio will be ahead of Valencia every day for this one.I'd like to see this:
de GeaValencia Rio Vidic EvraFellaini CarrickNani Rooney Welbeckvan PersieOr maybe Kagawa instead of Welbeck.
As the matter of fact, why should we get excited by win against any team in the world, we are great Manchester United, who cares if we win games?
Why are so many pissing their pants at the idea of playing City? It will be a really tough game but they've hardly set the world alight with their performances.
Wouldn't be surprised if this finished 0-0.
I also think it has a draw written all over it, maybe not a 0-0 draw but I would have my money on a draw. I hope I am wrong though. Looks like Lawro has this one sussed:
"What makes this derby interesting is that, if one of these team loses, they have only got seven points from a possible 15 and will have lost two of their first five games. That is part of the reason I think this is a nailed-on draw."
Brilliant.
He has a point. As with the Chelsea game it's more important that not to lose for both teams.
Football doesn't work that way when José Mourinho isn't involved.

I think he'll play this game because he's praised too much by Moyes after last performance, so I don't think he'll end up on the bench, and I would like to see Nani and Welbeck too, so I put him on RB.
That's all well and good but it isn't where he'll play.
I'd like to see this:
That's why I said:
, and not, "we'll see this".
But then you said you expected him to play because of Moyes' comments so which is it Amar? Eh? Eh?
I expect him in the team because of Moyes' comments, but I would like to see Nani and Welbeck playing too, so to make all that possible(with Rooney and van Persie also nailed to be in starting lineup), I put him on RB. Clear?
So it's a hybrid of the team you would like to see and the team you expect to see. Due to that you expect to see Valencia in the side but you wouldn't like him to be in one of the wing spots which means he has to play full back which, ironically, is neither where you would like, or indeed expect, to actually see him.
Got it![]()
