one back, three to go...

good freekick at least. Rooney has been good the last ten minutes or so

Fantastic from Rooney. I'm unclear what Moyes thinking is re: not bringing on kagawa and Nani around the 60th minute. Indeed, maybe even from the beginning.

Fantastic goal. I questioned over the summer whether Rooney would be motivated but he's in really good form and he's pretty much the only one who has turned up.

Actually that was fecking brilliant, shame it will probably go unnoticed.

If I was Hernandez I'd hand in a transfer request in the morning. Fellaini gets lumped up top before he gets a chance to come on. Same could be said for Nani, Kagawa.

This was on the cards and is the wake up call we have needed. We have been floating on a wave of "last season-ism", with a lot of bigging up the Man Utd brand and sponsorship.

Brilliant for Rooney. Only him and evra can come away from this game with the slightest bit of self respect

That was a cherry on the turd that was this game.

Funny how we actually look threatening when our players put some fecking effort in.

That's what has annoyed me, the old we walked the league last season, when everyone was screaming that our midfield was weak and they did nothing about it.

A better question is why didn't he bother changing anything when 2-0 down at half-time?

Yeah, you could argue that. 2-0 down, still with a whole 45 minutes to turn things around, which we've done many times down the years. It was crazy to not make at least one sub at HT. But for people complaining that at 80 minutes that we haven't made subs is stupid IMO. Game is long gone.
