-------------Lindegaard---------

Rafa-----Evans----Vidic------Fabio

----------Fellaini----Cleverly-------
Nani------------Kagawa--------Zaha
-----------------Hernandez---------

Not sure if Rafael is back yet but if he is then he needs game time, as do Nani, Hernandez, Kagawa and Evans.

I know if we lose this game people will say it doesn't matter, but I remember Fergie's mantra of never losing back to back games and when you add to the fact we just got spanked by City, I don't think we can afford to lose to our most bitter rivals on our own ground, this game can be a morale booster.

De Gea

Fabio
Evans
Smalling
Evra

Carrick
Cleverley

Nani
Rooney
Kagawa

Hernandez

I hope Moyes isn't tempted to play Giggs or Anderson alongside Cleverley.

Carrick needs a rest, put Fellaini with two other CMs and go with wingers+Rooney.. Payback starts on wednesday night..

De Gea - Rafael, Evans, Vidic, Evra - Carrick, Cleverley - Nani, Rooney, Kagawa - Hernandez

Would also like a Januzaj & perhaps Zaha cameo.

--------- De Gea ---------
Fabio - Vidic - Evans - Evra
---- Carrick - Cleverley ---
- Nani - Kagawa - Januzaj -
---------- Rooney --------

Bench: Lindegaard, Smalling, Rio, Anderson, Zaha, Valencia, Hernandez.

If we're struggling:
- Hernandez in for Januzaj(Kagawa out to the left).
- Valenica in for Nani.

If we're walking it:
- Hernandez in for Rooney
- Anderson in for Carrick
- Zaha in for Valencia

Dippers will be up for this. Roland fecking Rat is returning so they'll fell confident. I just hope Mr. Safe doesn't start with Young and Valencia on teh wings and Rio in the middle of the defence.

You're in luck, Fergies gone and we have David Moyes.

I couldn't give a toss what competition it's in, losing to them again this month would just about send me over the edge.

They haven't got europe to think about so they will bring a full strength side and they will of course be up for it. If we stick the kids out we are asking for a spanking, at home, to Liverpool. No thanks.

I'd be more confident in our young players then the ones we put out yesterday. Anyways, our "young" players will be more the players we all want to see, like Nani, Kagawa, Januzaj, Hernandez. That would be a fantastic front four to watch, although pretty unlikely. We need to give our defence a rest as well and I have full faith in Evans, Fabio, Smalling, Jones, Rafael or whoever will play in the back 4 (out of that pack of people). Evra/Rio/Vidic need a rest.

Hope to see this.

-Amos-
-Rafael- -Evans- -Smalling- -Fabio-
-Fellaini- -Anderson-
-Nani- -Kagawa- -Giggs-
-Hernandez-
I know we don't like seeing Giggs these days but it's a squad game and having him out there against what will be a weakend Liverpool team too, I don't think he can be worse than last time. Seeing Amos on the bench more make me think he could play. My main hope or this one is that Fabio is ahead of Buttner.

-----------------------------Lindegaard--------------------------------

---Rafael------------M.Keane-----------J.Evans---------------Fabio---

---Nani-------------Anderson-----Cleverley----------------R.Giggs------

---------------------------------------Kagawa-----------------------

--------------------------------Van Persie-----------------------------

Subs: Amos, Buttner, L.Cole, W. Zaha, Januzaj, Chicharito Hernandez, Rooney
Nobody on yesterday's team bar Rooney deserves to play in all honesty.

Lindegaard
Rafael Smalling Evans Fabio
Cleverley Anderson
Nani Kagawa Januzaj
Hernandez
Not hugely happy about having Anderson there, but Fellaini's cup-tied, and we can't rely on Carrick every game, and I'd rather Anderson than Giggs or Jones.

Why are you all wanting the keeper changing? If we want to win we need our best keeper playing.
I can understand swapping the out field for players that need matches, but do keepers need swapping, for me a solid and stable team starts with a consistent keeper.

I'd like to see a strong team for this, regardless of the competition. A bit of rotation certainly, but I would still play Rooney - definitely hope we see Kagawa and Nani starting. However, I suspect we'll something along the lines of this;

Lindegaard
Rafael/Smalling Evans Jones Fabio
Nani Cleverley Anderson Welbeck
Kagawa
Rooney

I am beginning to think that Smalling looks like a non league player who has been catapulted to a big club too soon. He maybe needed a couple of more years at Fulham. Or he is a CB who shouldn't be anywhere near RB.

We need to go on a run of not just wins, but convincing wins so that the air of invincibility (I know thats a bit RAWKish) returns. Winning by 3, 4, 5 goals.

--------------- DDG ---------------

- Rafael -- Evans -- Jones -- Fabio -

-------Ando ------ Carrick -------

Nani ------ Rooney ------ Kagawa

----------- Chicharito -----------

Subs: Anders, Smalling, Vidic, Clevz, Welbeck, Adnan, Zaha

 I didn't think Smalling was anywhere near our worst player yesterday and he did ok against Leverkusen?? He is a CB first and foremost though but I think you're being a bit harsh with that statement.

Anyway, I'd like to see:

----------Lindegaard

Rafael/Smalling--Evans--Vidic---Fabio

-------Fellaini--Cleverley

Nani-------Rooney----Kagawa
------------Chicha

Not many if any putting RVP in your teams.
Moyes said he could be back for this game, do we play him if fit or not ?

I wouldn't, keep him on the bench and start Hernández. He deserves a chance. Nani, Kagawa, Januzaj behind him.

Playing RVP in this game would make no sense at all. We have Hernandez who needs minutes, why not let RVP fully get over his injury and be right for the weekend.

Probably, but playing at RB he looks woeful and does not offer much going forward. We now know how vital Rafael is to how we play. We have looked a bit toothless since he's been out and when the wide men are offering nothing it's not good news.

De Gea
Rafael Smalling Jones (if fit) Fabio
Fellaini Cleverley
Nani Rooney Kagawa
Hernandez

Hope we'll see Nani, Kagawa and Zaha.
Get some creativity and trickery in the team...
Evans should get a game now, our best defender last 2-3 years.

good news to have a game so quickly after yesterday's complete smashing!

The feeling of being 4-0 down with 30mins to go and honestly not knowing how big the score could get was truly horrendous!

However, it's just 1 defeat, so on we go.
