Manchester United Vs Southampton

Think the problem with Fellaini compared to the likes of Carrick and Cleverley is that he doesn't seem to make up his mind about what to do with the ball until he gets it, whereas they are already looking to make a pass before they get the ball to feet. That extra half second Fellaini needs to make his mind up is a weakness against teams pressing this aggressively.

This ref doesn't seem very clued up with off the ball blocks.

Arsenal are going to be very hated now that they actually look like a challenging team.

He has no fear, nothing to lose. But he is so mature with it. He is ready to try something.

Fellaini giving it away a lot. But a lot of passes to him has been when he was under alot of pressure. Southampton are pressing like mother feckers

Well duh.

They aren't going to give him 5 seconds for every pass. That's what seperates top midfielders from average ones.

Apparently Pochettino can speak decent English, but chooses not to in interviews as he knows if he makes a mistake he could be misquoted.

That why I don't understand kids not getting more of a chance for teams. They don't have that fear in them at that age.
To be honest, hes surrounded by a good bunch of players too. They don't really carry an ego and demand the ball from him, they let him do his thing and it pays off for us and him.

Fellaini is thus far our version of Andy Carrol. He has to get much better than this, because he is much better than this. But why is he struggling... He shouldnt be. He's not a new player to the league.

Honestly would rather have Anderson playing than Fellaini in his current state.
